HOLISTIC MENTAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS FOR THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Mindfulness
Strength Based Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression.

Practicing mindfulness can help you avoid automatic habits and responses by learning to observe your thoughts, emotions without judgment or reaction. Together we can focus on the present moment.

With strength-based therapy, we focus on the strengths of the individual and explore how to use those strong areas to solve the problems and obstacles that you may be facing.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

(EMDR) is a psychotherapy technique that involves eye movements while processing traumatic memories or other distressing life experiences. The goal of EMDR is to help people heal from emotional distress and symptoms.
